28 Aug Bio-Me takes part in Katapult Accelerator
After a globally competitive process spanning two months, Bio-Me was selected as one of twelve companies to be part of Katapult Accelerator (KA) Batch 3. The twelve exponential technology startups were selected from over 1,500 companies from around the world, to participate in KA’s three-month accelerator program.
From August to November 2018, Bio-Me will partake in a dynamic, hands-on program to help scale their business and increase their impact. KA provides a network of global investors and partnerships that can boost the startups into their next phase of development, specific to their growing needs.
As part of the accelerator program, The Katapult Accelerator Fund invests USD 150,000 in Bio-Me for an equity stake. Katapult Accelerator’s wide-ranging partner network includes PWC, Danske Bank, Amazon Web Services, IBM, Google
At the end of the program, the startups will have refined their vision, strategy, impact orientation, technology application, growth marketing, and business model. A unique element in the Katapult Accelerator is the focus on team ‘body and brain’ improvement, to further enable the startups to build on their greatest asset; their mission-driven team.
