16 Jan Bio-Me signs a Joint Venture with MiNiSV

In a historic moment, Bio-Me signed an agreement for setting up a Joint Venture and License Agreement with MiNiSV in Nanjing, China. The agreement will make it possible for Bio-Me to access the vast Chinese market with its proprietary technology, and leverage on the impressive infrastructure and resources made available through the Yangzi Investment Group and the Yangzi Sci-Tech Innovation Centre. 

“This Joint Venture opens up some exciting opportunities for Bio-Me in a huge, growing market, and will yield some interesting synergies for Bio-Me in addition to potential income source,” comments Morten Isaksen, CEO of Bio-Me.

The signing of the agreement was carried out in MiNiSV’s premises in Nanjing, together with Chairman of MiNiSV Holding Ltd., Professor Kevin Liu, and President and CEO of MiNiSV Holding Ltd, John Meewella.
