Bio-Me strengthens their team with the hire of a Chief Clinical Officer

Oslo, Norway June 5, 2020 – Bio-Me, Norway’s leading developer of microbiome profile testing, today announced that Runar Vige has taken on the role of Chief Clinical Officer. Runar brings more than 20 years of broad interdisciplinary experience working with companies like Pfizer, Pronova BioPharma, and BASF. He has an extensive product development background, including clinical development of pharmaceuticals and Medical Food products. More recently as a business developer and commercial manager, Runar has worked to develop and manage partnerships for the distribution of Medical Food products in Europe and in the United States.

Runar holds an MSc in physical activity and health/exercise physiology from the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences and earned an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School.
